We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at support@astravoro.com to initiate a return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided
Return Shipping
For defective items or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
